Blue Sugar Cookie Mix
1 Egg
1 cup Soften Butter
1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Put cookie mix into medium bowl.
4. Add egg and butter.
5. Mix until dough sticks together.
6. Drop cookie dough onto foil pan.
7. Carefully, place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
8. Carefully, take out of the oven.
9. Let cool completely then frost and decorate.
I purchased the Blue Sugar Cookie mix, and frosting at Walmart in Middlefield.

Medium microwave safe bowl
Small microwave safe bowl
Baking sheet
Large spoon

1 Tablespoon measuring spoon
1 Cup measuring cup

1 pkg fudge stripe shortbread cookies about 20-24 cookies
1 (11 oz pkg) caramel bits
3 Tbsp heavy cream
2 cups toasted coconut*
Melting Chocolates

1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the fudge stripe shortbread cookies stripe-up onto the baking sheet, spaced out about 1-2″ apart from one another. Set aside briefly.
3. In a medium microwaveable bowl, combine the caramel bits and the heavy cream. Microwave on HIGH for about 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave again for about 15-20 seconds. Stir until smooth & melted.
4. Fold in the toasted coconut to combine.
5. Working quickly, drop Tablespoonfuls of the coconut caramel mixture onto each cookie, spreading it out to cover the surface of the cookie. Repeat with remaining cookies until all the cookies are covered.
6. In a small bowl, microwave the melting chocolate on HIGH power for about 30 seconds, stirring until melted & smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the cookies
7. Let the chocolate and cookies set, about 15-20 minutes, before serving. Store airtight at room temperature.
*TO TOAST COCONUT: Spread the coconut in a foil-lined baking pan in an even layer. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place coconut in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 5-7 minutes. Stir once more and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until toasted, keeping a watchful eye on the coconut the whole time.

Two Layer Cake

SUPPLIES- Wooden spoon, baking pans, oven, 1 cup measuring cup


1- cake mix
2- eggs
1-cup water

1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or what the cake mix tells you)
3. Make cake mix according to the directions on box.
4. Spray baking pan with cooking spray and coat with a light layer of flour.
5. Pour half the batter in each cooking pan.
6. Put into oven for 28 minutes or until done.
7. Let cakes cool completely.
8. Put a plate over the cake pan and flip over, to get cake out of pan.
9. Put a layer of frosting on top of the bottom layer.
10. Put top layer on frosted bottom layer.
11. Frost the rest of the cake.
12. Add sprinkles
13. Cut and enjoy


SUPPLIES- Wooden spoon, baking pan, oven, 1 cup and ½ cup measuring cups


1 stick of butter
4 cups Milk
2 ½ cups of uncooked macaroni
¾ of a 2 pound block of Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds
2. Put stick of butter into baking pan.
3. Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
4. Melt butter in baking pan while oven preheats.
5. While waiting on butter to melt, cut the cheese into slices.
6. Take baking pan with melted butter out of oven.
7. Pour in 2 ½ cups of macaroni and coat with melted butter.
8. Add milk, salt and pepper and stir.
9. Add slices of cheese on top.
10. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
11. Take out of oven and stir cheese in.
12. Make sure you turn oven off.
13. Serve and enjoy.

1 (14-oz.) package Oreos
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 melting chocolate

1. Use a food processor or blender to crush cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Add cream cheese and stir until evenly combined.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form mixture into small balls and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
4. Freeze until slightly hardened, about 60 minutes.
5. Dip frozen balls in melted chocolate until coated and return to baking sheet. Put sprinkles on them if you want
6. Put in Fridge until chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.
These Oreo balls will keep in the fridge in a re-sealable container up to 1 week.

M&M Brownies
Supplies: Oven, Oven Mitt, 9 X13 Baking Pan, Spatula, Medium Bowl, Mixer, ½ Cup Measuring Cup, and 1 Tablespoon Measuring Spoon.
Brownie Mix
2 Eggs
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tablespoons of Water
M&M’s of your choice
1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
2. Preheat oven to what temperature your Brownie Mix suggests. (Ours was 350 degrees)
3. Make Brownies as directed on the box. We put the brownie mix in the bowl, added the eggs, oil and water. Then we mixed the ingredients together.
4. Now add your M&M’s.
5. Pour brownie mixture into baking pan.
6. Add more M&M’s on top of the brownie mixture.
7. Bake in the oven for around 22 to 25 minutes.
8. Take out of oven and let cool.
9. Cut brownies and serve.
10. Enjoy!

Pepperoni Ravioli Lasagna
Supplies: Oven, oven mitt, 9 X13 baking pan, foil and spoon
25oz bag of cheese ravioli-frozen
16oz pizza sauce
16oz mozzarella cheese

1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
2. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce in the bottom of the baking pan.
4. Next add a layer of ravioli.
5. Now add a layer of pizza sauce.
6. Next add a layer of cheese.
7. Then add a layer of pepperoni.
8. Finally add a layer of mushrooms.
9. Repeat the layering to make 3-4 layers with the top layers being cheese and pepperoni/mushrooms.
10. Cover with foil.
11. Put into the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the Pepperoni Ravioli Lasagna is heated through and the sauce is bubbling around the sides.
12. Carefully take the foil off.
13. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes to crisp the edges of the cheese.
14. Cut and server.
15. Enjoy

Oreo Pie
1 ready-to-use Oreo cookie crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 bar (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chopped Oreo cookies
additional whipped cream and chopped Oreos for garnish, optional

Supplies: 1 large bowl, 1 medium bowl, spoon, ½ teaspoon measuring spoon, 1 cup measuring cup, 1/3 cup measuring cup, Mixer, zip lock bag, and spatula.
1. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy {to avoid lumps make sure cream cheese is really soft or place in microwave for 20 seconds}. Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Beat until combined and creamy.
2. In separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Using a rubber spatula, add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix together. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and combine.
4. Dump into the pie crust and smooth the top
5. Garnish with additional whipped cream and crushed Oreo.
6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.

Homemade Lemonade
Supplies- Gallon size Pitcher, Large Spoon, Sharp Knife, Lemon Juicer, 1 cup and 2 cup Measuring Cup, Glass, and Plate.
2 Cups of Lemon Juice (about 10 Lemons)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Gallon of Cold Water
1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
2. Cut Lemons in half.
3. Use lemon juicer to squeeze all the juice into the 2 cup measuring cup.
4. Pour lemon juice into pitcher.
5. Add 2 cups of sugar.
6. Fill pitcher half way with water.
7. Stir water, lemon juice and sugar together.
8. Fill the pitcher the rest of the way up.
9. Stir lemonade again.
10. If you are not using cold water from the refrigerator, put lemonade in refrigerator for at least one hour.
11. Pour in to glass
12. Enjoy.

2. Turn on grill (have an adult help)
3. Open hotdogs and place on the grill.
4. After hotdogs cook a few minutes roll them over to cook on all sides.

Easy French Bread Pizza


Large baking sheet
Sharp knife


1 loaf French Bread
Pizza sauce homemade or store bought
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings


1. Wash hands for 20 seconds
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Slice French bread loaf in half lengthwise (ask for help with this part and BE CAREFUL)
4. Place on a large baking sheet.
5 .Evenly spread pizza sauce over the bread.
6. Top with cheese and desired toppings.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
8. Take pizza out of oven have an adult help with this part, baking sheet and pizza will be HOT!!
9. Have an adult help cut the pizza, AGAIN BE CAREFUL
10. Enjoy

Frozen Key Lime Pie

  1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
  2.  Pour Whipped Topping and Yogurt in large bowl and mix together.
  3.  Put Yogurt and Whipped Topping mixture into Graham Cracker Pie Crust.
  4.  Put in freezer over night.
  5.  Enjoy!


Banana Pudding

Supplies: 2 large bowls, 1 cup measuring cup, 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, butter knife, and large spoon.
1 5oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 16oz container whipped topping, thawed
1 15oz package vanilla wafers
14 bananas, sliced
1. Wash hands for 20 seconds
2. Put pudding mix and 2 cups milk into bowl and mix together for 2 minutes.
3. Pour condensed milk in pudding mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
5. Fold in ¾ of the whipped topping container.
6. Set pudding mixture aside.
7. Layer wafers on bottom of other bowl.
8. Slice bananas
9. Layer banana slices on top of wafer layer.
10. Put a layer of pudding mixture on top of banana layer.
11. Repeat layering of wafers, bananas, and pudding until about 1 inch from top of bowl.
12. Put the rest of the whipped topping on the top of the layers.
13. Crush up any leftover wafers and sprinkle on top.
14. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
15. Enjoy

Homemade Milk Shakes

Ice Cream Scooper

1/2 gallon of Vanilla Ice Cream (4 scoops per milkshake)
Milk (1/4 cup per milkshake)
1 can of Whipped Topping
Chocolate Syrup
Maraschino Cherries

1. Wash your hands for 20 seconds
2. Add 4 scoops of ice cream to blender for each milkshake. (We made 3, so we added 12 scoops)
3. Add 1/4 cup of milk to blender for each milkshake. (We added 3/4 cup)  Add more milk or less milk depending on how think or thin you like your milkshake.
4. Put lid on blender and turn on.  Blend for about a minute
5. Mason wanted a Vanilla Milkshake, we poured his glass.
6. Add a big squirt of chocolate syrup to the blender.
7. Put lid on blender and turn on.  Blend for about 30 seconds.
8. Pour Chocolate Milkshake into the glasses.
9.  Add Whipped Topping to milkshake.
10. Add Sprinkles to milkshake.
11. Top with Maraschino Cherry.
12. Enjoy

Ice Cream in a Bag
½ measuring cup
1 tablespoon
½ teaspoon
1 gallon Zip Lock Bag
1 quart Zip Lock Bag
½ cup Rock Salt

½ cup Half and Half
1 tablespoon of Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup

1. Fill gallon bag half way with crushed ice.
2. Fill sandwich bag with half & half, sugar, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Smoosh to combine ingredients.
3. Zip bag closed removing as much air as possible.
4. Add rock salt into large bag with ice.
5. Place smaller bag with liquid inside larger bag and remove as much air as possible and zip closed.
6. Shake or toss bag for 5-10 minutes until the ice cream sets up.
7. Remove smaller bag from larger bag and squeeze ice cream into a bowl. Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie

1 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg yolk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2-3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Microwaveable mug, spoon, 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, ½ tablespoon measuring spoon, 1 teaspoon measuring spoon, ¼ teaspoon measuring spoon, and microwave.

1. Wash hands for 20 seconds
2. Add all the ingredients into the mug.
3. Mix ingredients together
4. Place mug in microwave for 1 minute
5. Have an adult take mug out of microwave. MUG WILL BE VERY HOT!!!!
6. If cooking is not done, microwave for 20 more seconds. REMEMBER MUG WILL BE VERY HOT.
7. Let cool for 15 minutes
8. Enjoy

Twinkie Cake
• 15 Twinkies
• 16 oz. Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
• 4 bananas
• 1 pkg. strawberries
• 1 pkg. blueberries

Supplies: 9 by 13 pan, plastic knife, cutting board or paper plate, spoon.

1. Wash Hands for 20 seconds.
2. Open 15 Twinkies and place in bottom of pan.
3. Spread a layer of whipped topping on top of Twinkies
4. Carefully slice up 4 bananas.
5. Place banana slices on the whipped topping layer.
6. Add another layer of whipped topping.
7. Wash and carefully cut up strawberries.
8. Place strawberry slices on top of whipped topping layer.
9. Sprinkle desired amount of blueberries on top of strawberries.
10. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
11. Enjoy
It is okay to ask an adult to cut up the bananas and strawberries.

Step 4: Place bananas & strawberries on half of the wrap

1. Wash your hands
2. Pour pudding mix into large bowl
3. Add 2 and 2/3 cup milk to the large bowl
4. Whisk pudding until smooth
5. Carefully pour into molds
6. Put into freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
7. Run the molds under warm water to help remove the fudgsicles.
8. Enjoy

Dirt Cake

• 1 box chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
• 2 (3.9-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding
• 3 1/2 cups milk
• 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 2 (8- to10-ounce) containers whipped topping (frozen, thawed)
• 2 or 3 gummy worms

Supplies: 1 large bowl, 1 medium bowl, spoon, 1 cup measuring cup, ½ cup measuring cup, Mixer, flower pot, foil, zip lock bag, Oreo, instant chocolate pudding, milk, cream cheese, cool whip, and gummy worms

1. Wash Hands for 20 seconds
2. Line the flower pot with foil
3. Mix pudding and Milk
4. Put pudding mix in fridge to chill
5. Crush Oreos- we put them in a zip lock bag and smashed them with a spoon. You can put them in a food processor.
6. Beat cream cheese with mixer, until fluffy.
7. Beat in 1 container Cool Whip, until smooth.
8. Get pudding mix out of fridge.
9. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding, fold in, until smooth.
10. Layer cookie crumbs on bottom of pot.
11. Layer pudding/cream cheese mixture on top of cookie crumbs.
12. Continue layering until about 1 inch from top. (Make sure to keep cookie crumbs for top)
13. Spread other container of Cool Whip on top.
14. Top with cookie crumbs and gummy worms.
15. Chill for 30 minutes

Kids Crunch Mix

Large bowl, 1 cup measuring cup, mixing spoon, Mini Pretzels, M&M’s, Yogurt Covered Raisins, Banana Chips, Animal Crackers, Cereal Marshmallows and Zip Lock bag or air tight container

1 cup Mini Pretzels
1 cup M&M’s
1 cup Yogurt Covered Raisins
1 cup Banana Chips
1 cup Animal Crackers
1 cup Cereal Marshmallows

1. Wash hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
2. Place 1 cup of each ingredient in a large bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Store in a Zip Lock bag or air tight container.
