The Middlefield Recreation Department’s
Sports Conditioning Program
Tuesday and Thursday, June 4-July 23, 6:15pm-7:30pm
Yoder Brothers Sport Complex (end of Thompson Ave.)
Ages: 4 years to 17 years (4-12 years must have an adult present at all times)
Each athlete must bring their own beach towel and water.
This is conditioning for all sports.
 Please have everyone stay in your car until 6:10pm, and pick up immediately at 7:30pm.
 Upon arrival the athlete’s temperature will be checked and given hand sanitizer to wash hands.
All athletes and families must follow:
 Adhere to social distancing guidelines. There will be marks on the grass to help with this.
 Stay home if you are sick or do not feel well.
 Wear a mask or face covering when interacting in close proximity to others.
 Avoid exchanging any items with others.
 No spitting or eating seeds, gum, other similar products
 Practice proper handwashing hygiene.
Failure to follow the guidelines with be cause for immediate dismissal from the program. Remember this program is participate at your own risk.

The Middlefield Recreation Department is following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ohio Department of Health (ODH), National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) and Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA), along with the approval from the Geauga County Board of Health (GCBH) Village Council and Cardinal Administration.
