The applicant requests issuance of a permit in accordance with the Village of Middlefield Ordinance 11-101 authorizing garage sales. In addition, the applicant agrees to the following restrictions regarding garage sales:

CANCELLATION – If a garage sale is not held on the dates for which the permit is issued or is terminated during the first day of the sale because of inclement weather conditions, and a written statement by the permit holder to this effect is submitted, another permit may be issued to the applicant for a garage sale to be conducted at the same location within 30 days from the date when the first sale was to be held.
Signs shall be erected no earlier than the night before the first day of the sale and such signs shall be removed no later than the close of the final day of the sale.
