Water Service Line Survey
RCAP is working along side the Village of Middlefield utilities team to complete a service line survey with accordance to the EPA mapping mandate of all public water systems. This means that as homeowners, we are encouraging you to complete a survey about the water line coming in to your home from the water main. Please use the provided resources to complete the survey; a pdf copy is located on this page. This will assist the village in being compliant with the inventory due date of October 2024.
