Residents To Receive NOPEC Electric Enrollment Letters
Starting in April, eligible residents and small businesses will begin receiving enrollment letters for NOPEC’s electric aggregation program for the term beginning with their June 2026 meter read date.
Serving almost 1,000,000 Ohio residents and small businesses in 250 communities, NOPEC uses bulk buying to negotiate competitive electric and natural gas supply rates.
Eligible residents and small businesses that want to join or remain with NOPEC do not need to take any action. They will automatically be enrolled in NOPEC’s Standard Program Price option. This makes it easy and convenient to take advantage of being a member of our community’s chosen electric aggregation program.
NOPEC also offers customers the flexibility to choose from other rate options including a Monthly Variable Rate program, 12- or 24-month Fixed Term programs, and 100% renewable content options. For more information and to compare rates, visit nopec.org/electric. If you don’t want to enroll in the electric aggregation, you must return the opt-out form attached to your enrollment letter to NOPEC by mail or by fax to 440-774-4422 by May 8, 2026.
