COMMUNITY TREE LIGHTING AD 1

Mayor Garlich and Village Council invite members of the Middlefield Village Community to place an ornament on this year’s new addition to the annual holiday tree lighting event.  The Village will provide a Christmas tree that represents the Village of Middlefield where “Where Families Grow Strong”.

The Mayor and Council ask that each household in the Village, if they choose, to bring an ornament to hang on the tree that represents their family/household. The kickoff to the community tree decorating will be at the Annual Tree lighting ceremony, which will be held 11/26/21 at 7pm.  Members from the Cardinal High School Cardinaires will provide wonderful entertainment for attendees.  University Hospitals will also provide hot chocolate to those in attendance.

After the tree is lit make sure  to listen for jingle bells as Santa will be stopping by and will have a special gift for village children.

The Village hopes that this event will continue to create a strong sense of community as we move into the 2021 Holiday Season.
